Education in the faith is the privilege of parents. The Basilica of St. Mary Star of the Sea Children’s Religious Education program assists parents in the education of children in the Catholic faith, including preparation for the sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist. Whether your family is actively involved, just entering the Church, returning to the practice of the Catholic faith, or delayed your child’s sacramental preparation, all are welcome.

Completed forms can be emailed to our Director of Religious Education, Maria Del Pino, at stmary@stmarykeywest.com also register at the Rectory Office located at 1010 Windsor Lane.
Classes for Kindergarten to 7th grade are held every Thursday evening from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Basilica School.
Classes for Confirmation only are held every Sunday evening from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM in The Klaus Murphy Center.
